If you are a UK taxpayer Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice can reclaim the tax you have paid on every donation you make. For every £1 you donate, we can claim up to 25p back from HM Revenue & Customs at no extra cost to you!
By selecting the Gift Aid tick box above you certify that you are a UK taxpayer and would like Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice to treat all donations you have made for the 4 years prior to the date of this declaration and all donations in the future until further notice as Gift Aid Donations. To qualify for Gift Aid you must have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all charities or Community Amateur Sports Club (CASCs) that you donate to will reclaim on your gifts for that tax year. Other taxes such as VAT or Council Tax do not qualify. Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 given on or after 6th April 2008.
Please note that if you tick the box above confirming you are a UK taxpayer we will send you a Gift Aid declaration form which you will need to sign and return to the Hospice so that we can claim Gift Aid on your donation.
