Thank you for choosing to leave a donation to Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, in memory of your loved one. Your donation will help us to continue offering free care to people affected by terminal illnesses across West Surrey and North East Hampshire, now and in the future.
If you are a UK taxpayer Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice can reclaim the tax you have paid on every donation you make. For every £1 you donate we can claim up to 25p back from HM Revenue and Customs at no extra cost to you!
By selecting the Gift Aid tick box above you certify that you are a UK taxpayer and would like Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice to reclaim the tax on any donations you have made in the last six years and any future donations you may make. (To qualify for Gift Aid you must pay an amount of UK Income Tax/ and or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice will reclaim on your donations in the appropriate tax year.)
